What does this flowchart tells u??
hi everybody...
Can u tell me wat does this flowchart tells u about any organisation??
The organisation employees , have different views & are individuals , cant get along well with colleagues and may lead to break down of organisation and or losses to organisation.
b) Dots in square format -
Linear order , proper departments , less fights , skilled professionals assigned tasks , may or may not have team leader , etc
c) S format dots -
Bureacracy (spellin mite be wrong) The different levels of organisation , people have to report to their immediate top authority , mostly public service or rathr govt bodies have this format
d) Start format with scattered dots -
Clutter or groups of the best (not necessary groups are acc to skills it cud b on basis of religion / caste / monetary income ,etc). The less famous are out of the star.
Well i may be wrong in above generalisation , but this is what i can imply from what we were taught in Organisation Behaviour & Psychology.
well..now let me tell u wat i had in mind wen i designed the flowchart.....
1. things start rather vaguely...most of the things are just "kaamchalau"...no proper planning...
2. slowly and graduallu as dimension of company gets bigger....planning comes into play...work n responsbilities get divided.
3. at this stage the company is fast transforming into a larger one....for this palnning has to be changed...optimisation of resources require deviation from order to random but things move in a meaningful pattern.
4. everything is again random...but there is huge diff. in this stage n the first. this has some definite value. star represents a brilliant organisation. dots outside show the fast expansion as well as effect of outside changes on the company.

a) Where dots are scattered -
The organisation employees , have different views & are individuals , cant get along well with colleagues and may lead to break down of organisation and or losses to organisation.

no u are rite....
actually everything is right...
its any body's perception...
of course everyone has diff views...
it was really nice to see from a diff. angle...
nice thought mahek
in very crude terms...
1. disorganisation
2.equality plus departmentalisation
3. streamlined efforts
4. central authority, centralisation of channels
cool....
another interesting perception...
but i have called it a flowchart...
there is a sequence..lets c if u can decifer it ...
It starts one day by getting things organized,At first things are very well in shape.
Then it takes different forms and its on the verge of advancement
There's a peak point. But later, things start to go wrong leading to decline.
This flowchart is cyclic.
cool.....
nice one
