Basic rules

HI GUYS N GALS,
this is my first blog....gotta be special and something close to my heart.
i have always seen myself as a future manager and i have many ideas of how a manager can think out of the box and get his company the supreme goal: THE MAX. PROFITS.

first 3 basic rules for suvival of any career enthusiast:
1. In company's good lies your good.
2. In company's good lies your good.
3. Dont hesitate to change your company if you see a better opportunity butttt this should take into account your long term targets and a perfect plan for atleast next 5 years.

And now some basic qualities for a successful manager:

1. sell your ideas:
there are many people who have great ideas but they are not able to sell it. No wonder, they are not successful.
2. customer is always right:
if you want to shell money out of any pocket you will have to give the person in those pants wat he wants.
3. dont forget your sponsors:
i dont think this requires any explanation. yes, but an extra banner will always help you keep your sponsors happy.
4.time no constraint:
when you got a job to do you must not think of sleep or rest. A successful manager gives his best under prolonged conditions of fatigue without rest. you wanna be a top manager you gotta be all nighter.
5.No work is small:
yes dude, once you are in, even if it is cleaning floor, sometimes you have to do it.but remember,but dont forget to encash it fully. use it well to motivate your team and workers.
